RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We do not offer returns or exchanges, unless there was an error or mistake made from our part. The sales that are made on the website are final.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
SHIPPING
Shipping will take place 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. All orders within the Netherlands are shipped via PostNL and international orders will shipped via DHL/UPS. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.
Please note customers ordering outside Europe will be responsible for all import tax charges.
